As life coaches,  we care about individuals living their best lives. Our coaching practice and wellness center opened last September and we are thrilled to operate a business in the community in which we both live. We offer individual life coaching, guided meditation, self improvement book clubs, seminars on life issues, and half-day retreats. All of these activities are aimed at serving individuals in the pursuit of mindfulness, emotional balance, inspiration, stress consciousness, and alignment.

What is life coaching? Life coaches are compassionate guides who facilitate a client’s progress. Whether the client’s interest is a specific goal, a career transition, a life with less chaos and stress, living with loss, conscious decision making, health and wellness, planning and accountability, a better relationship, or resolving any other issue, life coaching can assist.  As our name suggests, we believe that when clarity, compassion and contentment are present, an inspired life is possible.

Here’s a quick guide to an inspired life…

  1. Be mindful. Create awareness of and appreciation for the present moment. Whether it is fully experiencing the cooking of a meal or feeling the sun on your face, know that this moment is your life.
  2. Make time for yourself. Emotionally strong individuals make time to participate in moving, silent, or guided meditation; they reflect on the meaning of life; and participate in activities that bring them joy.
  3. Use your values as guides, rather than your emotions. On any given day, we can be stressed by difficult situations. If we view these stressors through the lens of our values rather than our emotions, their impact can be minimized.
  4. Let go of what no longer serves you. Resist the urge to hold on to that which no longer serves you. By letting go, you create capacity in your life.
